PUBLIC NOTICE It is hereby informed to the General Public and more particularly to RAJIV SAND,R/o A-803 Anmol Tower near Subh Complex, Shahi baug, Ahmeabad -, Ph. as under. That the said Mr.Rajiv Sand had entered into an agreement of purchased for a apartment bearing No.202 in a Complex Known as LAMER situated in a property bearing survey No. 29 Sub division 12 of Village of Ries Magos Bardez Goa. This agreement is dated 28/05/2013. That the said Rajiv Sand has defaulted in payment as stipulated in the above mentioned agreement and at present the said Mr Rajiv Sand is in dues to Vianar Construction to the tune of Rs. 24,61,488.00 without interest amount. That notices were sent demanding the said payment from Mr Rajiv Sand however the same have been returned with the remark Not Available. That the said Mr Rajiv Sand had also entered into a tri-party agreement along with Vianar Construction and HDFC Bank Ahmedabad Branch. That since the said Mr.Rajiv Sand has failed to full fill his terms of the agreement as regards payment nor he is traceable, the said Vianar Construction does hereby terminate the said agreement and by this public notice it is informed to the General Public that in case any one is having any objections to the above mentioned termination then the same should be intimated to the undersigned within a period of 7days of publication of this notice with a valid claim/objections and supported by documentary evidence. That in case such objections are not received with in the above stipulated period then it shall be presumed that there are NO OBJECTIONS to the said termination and the undersigned shall be free to terminate the agreement and dispose the said apartment as deemed necessary.
