The name "Khan Chacha" is being misused without any authority by M/s Gupta and Gupta Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors Sh. Navneet Kalra and Smt. Shehla Kalra. Pubic is hereby requested to please not associate the food being served in the restaurant with the food prepared by Haji Banda Hasan and his sons and they shall not be bearing any responsibility for the food items being processed and sold from the restaurant.
